The second beta build of the Ubuntu MATE 16.04 for Raspberry Pi has been released, along with Ubuntu MATE 15.10.3.
Among others, Ubuntu MATE 16.04 for Raspberry Pi brings a new welcome screen tweaked with Raspberry Pi-specific features, while support for the on-board Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hardware has been also implemented. Also, experimental hardware-accelerated OpenGL support has been implemented and the configuration tweaks have been migrated to the raspberrypi-sys-mods and raspberrypi-general-mods components.
If you are new to this, Raspberry Pi is a credit card-sized singleboard computer, capable of running a bunch of Linux systems.
